Returns Policy

Bleeding Heart Designs accepts returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below. This policy applies to website orders placed on www.bhdes.co.za.

  • Items should be returned unused, in good condition, and with original packaging where applicable.
